I received my welcome brochure and begin applying barcodes to my items. Then I noticed a discrepancy between my welcome packet and my shipping label and barcode sticker brochure. My welcome packet indicated 50 pictures equaled one barcode while the other information listed 25 pictures as 1 barcode. When I called Southtree they apologized for the inconvenience and said yes they knew the welcome brochure was incorrect. They were working to correct it. I could however use a barcode and for an additional $15 process 25 additional pictures. My experience can improve from this point forward.
