Worst airport experience! Long story short: noone would help us!
EasyJet had not told our travel agency Kiwi that the flight time had changed to an hour earlier, so when we arrived at 9:08 for a flight at 11:10, the personnel at the check in counter was rude and sharply said "you are 8minutes late! The flight is closed! You have missed your flight". We asked if it wasn't possible to let us in, the new flight hour was after all only at 10:10? "No it is closed, you should have been here at 9:00". We tried to explain that EasyJet had not contacted us an neither had Kiwi, but the personnel kept arguing that "Yes you got it, it says so in the system". When I showed my phone content another lady just waved her hand at me that "No I can't help you, the flight is closed, the next plane is in 3days". When we went to another company counter to get help the lady there just said "You should have come earlier, there are no flights with our company after 8:50." When I pleaded her to help me get home she waved me off with a "Just try to look online". We asked several people to please help us but everyone waved us off with a "I can't help you, you should have come earlier".
Kiwi helped us find out that it wasn't our fault, that no we had not received any message concerning the change of time and a relative helped us find a new plane ticket later.
But the personnel at Agadir Airport was of an absolute disgrace to the service and airport business!
