The few temporary workers that are announced even though they would not have been elected. Nothing is more annoying than not hear a half bytes after a search! Sure, I had to get another ten times (in different places) before being invited to an interview, but after that I have been in the same company for over 2 years. There are always things that have been done with them either by phone or by email. I think the staff is absolutely brilliant; a sense of humor, knowledgeable and human minded! I recommend
