I have been looking for a car, am passionate on BMW. On a random go, I was looking on 2018 BMWs. I have seen a deal in their inventory, while I tried to reach over to sales on 2018 BMW X1 s drive, the sales were like the price Deal was a technical issue in their code. Well am not responsible for your glitches or bugs or blah blah. How could BMW provide false information to customers? I feel this is something like many customers should hit their website and choose other cars, sounds like a business strategy? That s not fair to play around with customer feelings? Is this the way you treat your customers? I don t feel this as business strategy, feels like playing with customers using your business strategy.

I would say never to BMW at this location. That s your fault, your software bug/glitch what ever! You should sell the customers with what price you are quoting on your website. Really feeling bad on BMW business strategies. Thanks!

Manager called me back! He was like technical issue. Good strategy for making out business. Why would I need to call you back again? If you were trying to tell me the same thing again and again? Waste of my time! Never mind!
