I still do not understand why Double Tree Hotel Miami Airport and Convention Center said that I had to contact the Double Tree Hotel manager. I met with the Front Manager by the name of Jeffrey Aime and the other manager as well, William Steinberger. they did not help with my complaint. They seemed very unprofessional and they do not have a friendly service for tourist and passengers. I cannot believe that the front office staff and managers did not friendly service for anyone who complaint and ignored our negative feedback about the hotel service. It was terrible and the staff was very unprofessional.

I already complained and called via Double Tree Hotel complaint department and they apologized and accepted my complaint but did nothing to solve the problem. I was mad because they did not call us to warn us that my credit card was declined. Why was I not contacted if there was an issue with the credit cards? We had reserved this 6 months ago.They did not care about our problem, we had to go run around looking for a hotel at last minute.

I have lost all interest in your hotel and i will definitely not recommend your hotel to the worldwide community.

I was in shock, it is true no one care about tourists complaints.

They are not very flexible with the customers, tourists and passengers if you complained all they'd do is give you a smile and a cookie! That is STUPID!!

Remember, Please be careful with the DoubleTree and look at google about complaint lists, there are many negative feedback.
