Early 2013 I scheduled a class after first discovering the other location of this gym had closed - unsure of this locations longevity. I scheduled a simple class anyway for a toddler. One day was horrible winter road conditions, school delays and closings. I had a 45 min. long drive one way to the scheduled class only to find the doors locked! No one answering the phone. Walk not cleared out. My daughter asking, "Why aren't we going in? Can I play today?" Finally someone answered the call and I was told the gymnastic teacher was sick the night before and they cancelled. I asked why they don't CALL to notify people especially when there were only 6 people in the class and our contact info was provided - how hard is it to make 6 calls? Do they have any professionalism or responsibility? The lady was stupidly stating she did call and spoke to everyone to cancel the class and she was feeling attacked by me asking! I finally got home and checked my phone, no message and no call was ever made to my home or cell. I wanted a refund for just that day and gas money for my headache. I had to talk to the owner - Timothy J. Chesla, who broke the contract by not providing the service. Really how hard is it to have ANYONE there to safely let 3-4 year olds run around? He said so stupidly that scheduling a class was NOT A CONTRACT TO PROVIDE A SERVICE. Does this man know nothing about business and service agreements? He said I was the one causing a problem and told me that if I show up to the next class he would call the police. Unbelievable. Find a professional agency anywhere else.
