Redpeak bought my building and my renewal is comin...

Redpeak bought my building and my renewal is coming up around the corner. I currently pay 1350. To renew for a year they want $1710 almost a 20% increase, with no discernible added benefit. I know rent is going up all over Denver, but that s just silly. On top of the rent gouge, they let go the on site management who were always around and very friendly, to go with the absentee management style. Bummer Redpeak, had high hopes when you got our building.
