My experience was terrible with this real estate. The "broker" who attended me was extremely rude and unprofessional, made an approach that pointed out his total professional unpreparedness. I put a property for rent. In less than a week, they started to put pressure and speak in a derogatory tone to give in to the pressure to decrease the amount requested. They approach without any professionalism. The person who did the property capture started well, requesting numerous documents for registration, but after the registration was done, I observed the total unpreparedness of another member of the team. When it came time to get the keys back (I rented through another wonderful real estate company), they didn't even ask for identification, much less a document, that is, anyone who says that he owns the property takes his keys. I don't recommend this real estate to anyone. It was my worst experience with real estate. Uneducated and arrogant team. To close with a golden key, after picking up the keys, they still came to ask me if the property was still available, that is, a total mess. In addition, they still charge a high funding rate.
