Beware Lynne Castro, she is a liar, deceitful and manipulative .

Feb 2016 she contacted me saying she found my resume online regarding a direct hire position as she thought i was a perfect candidate for the job. After the first interview with the client, they told me they were interviewing other candidates for the position from other agencies and they would contact lynn in a couple days if they were interested in me, fair enough i thought.

Immediately after the interview, lynn started literally leaving me voicemails emails and texts . I thought wow why doesnt she just communicate with the client instead of contacting me this being after the client just told me to give them a couple days so i responded to her email. She basically wanted me to drop everything in my life and make her a priority. Wake up lynn the world doesn't revolve around you, i dont know why all these recruiters think they are your new boss and think they can order you around. Anyways after a couple days she leaves me a voicemail saying the client was interested , great so i call her back and she immediately gets aggressive and defensive with me, saying why didnt i call her back and if i got all her messages. I explained yes i got several messages and i emailed you back

Sounds like a needy ex right, anyways i told her , look lynn ive been busy with other interviews and the client told me to wait a couple days, i told her thats great they are interested now tell them im interested also and setup the 2nd interview. She immediately said im not going do that! Im telling the client you are not interested in the position any longer.I thought this was extremely unprofessional, shady and manipulative of her and now shes going to lie to the client and tell them i dont want the job. I immediately ended the call and vowed to tell my experience and never allow myself to deal with shady headhunters like her again
