We hired Prime Locations / Total Realty in 2013 to manage three apartment buildings that were in bad physical shape and losing money. They devised a strategic plan to improve the buildings physical condition and attract reliable paying tenants to rent the vacant apartments.

After a couple of years, both the apartments' financial and physical condition improved significantly.
