Thank you to Cruz and the team at EXOS for getting me back on my feet and enjoying daily life in such a short amount of time. They quickly identified the problem areas and areas of weakness and then created a manageable routine that I could incorporate at home, at the office, or while enjoying time with my kids. PT isn't something I look forward to...but if I need to do it again - EXOS all the way!!
