I emailed asking for guidance on building a rooftop garden; Peter Ensign, the executive director responded, "I can't help you." This organization states its mission as assisting homeowners start green roofs and and water conservation, so I'm not sure exactly what they do with their charitable donations because its obviously NOT helping homeowners reduce their carbon footprint.
