I emailed in asking for a quote to do flooring and some plumbing work in our home. I received the response, "We will not be bidding on this project". I do not feel that this response was appropriate to a customer. This job may have been to small for this company, but to have that communicated would have been appreciated. We will take our business elsewhere with the addition we are also planning.
