Be careful from the moment you step into their offices. Ask them if they would charge you for talking to you. We had a situation and I asked one of their lawyers, a gentleman named Craig, if I could legally claim something from the previous owners of the house I bought. He practically said no. But then I ended up paying $550. They never told me they would charge me just to answer if they can work for me. Well, I guess they are desperate. So, that s my donation to them.
