On a Sunday afternoon we stopped in for a quick bite to eat, the hostess said it would be 30 minutes to be seated outside or 20 minutes to be seated indoors but the bar was open and available. We sat at the bar, the bartender had little to no urgency and was by herself. She didn't have outstanding service skills from the beginning. It felt like we were at a Walmart and getting greeted by the door greeter and even then the Walmart greeter may be friendlier. After we ordered the meal it took 30-45 minutes and was presented thrown together and sloppy. I ordered a Turkey panini and for a panini the bread was soft and the cranberry mayo was over powering. The meat looked like I may of ate it when I was still in high school and could possibly pass for mystery meat. I paid extra for the 4 onion rings on my plate of $2.95. We also ordered the Reuben which was tasteless and soggy almost as it was microwaved. We waited an additional 20 minutes after we ate for the check. Never once were we asked if the meal was good or if we needed anything. Two gentlemen next to us had been passed around after they asked for cappuccinos by 3 different wait staff and waited 30 minutes for overprice machine coffee. We complained but management's reply was "we are short staffed" it's unfortunate but these things happen and the team that they had did not work well or cohesive together to many people falling all over each other, perhaps training may be needed for all staff which is heavily coursed with hospitality training and how to serve guests. Very disappointed and would not recommend I would've been happier with a quarter pounder from McDonalds.
