I have an article in the sale including coupon action ordered. Unfortunately, the shoes are larger, which is why I have reordered them in a new size with the request that this will be charged. 1 day after the further order the action was sent again. Breuninger informs me after 1 week waiting now that the coupon nicjt will be charged. Had the customer service reported earlier I would have had the time to use the 2 action again but no, the customer service rejects this. Very bad Breuninger, all other brands are more accommodating ..!
