Heartland seemed great at first, but then after a couple months with them, we kept receiving notices from the IRS stating that we were not paying out taxes correctly (Heartland's Job). We contacted our Heartland rep about this numerous times. The only reply was "the tax department will contact you back." They never did. Well it turns out they were only paying it monthly instead of Bi-weekly like they were supposed to. $3000+ in fines later, we finally figured out the problem by talking to an IRS representative. Needless to say, we are no longer using them. Do not use this company.
