No towels in the room, had to forage for them in the hotel linen closet that was unlocked fortunately since no one was available due to our late 830pm arrival...

We booked this place from Expedia with the expectation of an indoor pool and a hot tub, would seem perfect after a day on the mountain. No note on the website regarding this or the busted hot tub. Floor in bathroom is DEFINITELY caving in. Sign on door said someone would be at front desk at 8am. It was 840am and no one was answering door or phone. Refund request denied by owner to expedia but owners/managers still haven't made an attempt to contact to form a resolve.

Maybe they're just not into it- customer service or hospitality.

To compliment them, the room was spotless.
