I've been a customer since 2010. I've replaced timing belts, brakes, regular service items, done complete engine rebuilds, full power steering system rebuilds and I've only had two problems out of hundreds of parts. In both cases customer support was very quick and very knowledgeable. Starting a new engine rebuild now and will buy mostly from Rockauto.
