The issue was with standing water in the finished basement. Steve was the primary contact and lead for the work, and Willy was working with him. He coordinated the multiple restoration teams (demolition after the initial situation assessment and mitigation, abatement, and follow-up). He was extremely good at keeping me updated on the timing, nature, and impact of the work. He and his crew were always on time and were very good-natured and easy to talk to. They took care of everything quickly, effectively, and efficiently. I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone!
