Hopefully your neighborhood doesn't have an emergency, like your water pump that supplies your entire neighborhood stops working, because they will not answer the emergency line or ever call back. We have had multiple emergencies in our neighborhood where we called their emergency line, and nobody bas EVER answered or called back after leaving messages. What is the point of an emergency line if nobody answers or returns calls?
