The classy decor was exactly what I would want for...

The classy decor was exactly what I would want for my own man cave. We didn't think twice before wanting to sit down for a dram.

The menu was fantastic, offering an extensive selection cataloged by the region where the scotch was produced. Even though I didn't order a cocktail, that part of the menu made me smile as they it started off with this quote: "Many believe that a single malt should not be mixed. We disagree."

When we walked in, we decided that we would only have a dram and then call it a night. But, after looking through the menu, one dram eventually became six and our goal was to only order affordably old whiskies. We managed to only order drams that were 21 years and older for very reasonable prices.

The service was great and the bartenders seemed to know every whisky on the menu intimately. They patiently answered all of our questions, described the whiskies accurately, and knew which bottles they no longer carried. True gentlemen, not unlike all of the Scotsmen we encountered through our trip.

It was the perfect way the end our week-long trip to Scotland.
