Have enjoyed coming to this surf club several time...

Have enjoyed coming to this surf club several times on our holidays previously, except when we were refused entry just recently due to the 'new policies implemented for reciprocal membership cards'. Our attendance 11hrs prior to this was fine. How can this change over night?? Please ensure that all staff are on the same page with this new policy immediately and also please ensure front counter staff act professional when discussing the new policies and refrain from being rude to potential club users. A real disappointment as we will not be returning. Generally, staff had been very friendly. What a shame.
