Whoever designed the Shimano SLX back gears on this new bike I would instantly fire them. Over designed but at the same time under designed, in other words you folks can not design and you expect to sell this product to the world! Can't even screw a screw back in that came out and its easy to see why as you need to align a tiny piece of plastic first which starts the screw thread at a different sequence to the second thread so it always dislodges, no wonder the second thread has frayed as the assembler has obviously got frustrated with it the first time. Totally useless product!
