Very nice hotel with a lovely room option. The lounge is perfect to relax in. However what immediately turned me off and went from 4-5 stars to 1 is failure to mention the valet charges.

I asked the valet at the front if the parking was included with the stay and they said yes. It was only until after I checked in and I found out online from REVIEWS that they fail to mention the $69/day in valet charges.

With paying $300/night you'd expect to park your car for free but instead they want to rob you for $69/day to park your car.

This is absolutely absurd and unforgivable in this day and age. I can understand charging for valet when eating at the restaurant or just general parking. But if I spend $900+ for 3 nights at this hotel and then you want to tack on another $200 for parking?

I have been to multiple cities across the world and in the US and have never been "robbed' as I have been here. I will never come here or another Hyatt ever again.
