The lack of ability to schedule appointments correctly and the amount of stress that the (multiple) errors cause is overwhelming. If you are so lucky as to have an appointment that isn't incorrectly scheduled, you will be waiting half of your life to actually see anyone. I have been going for over three months and I literally just can't stand it any more. I'm switching to Sloane.
