I have used aerial direct for many years now and do recommend them. I can t remember the last time I had an issue with my phone tariff or handset that was not sorted with one quick phone call to them. It is refreshing in this sort of market to feel important to a company and to feel that each individual you speak to is generally trying help you and also has the product knowledge to be able to help you! I will continue to use this company as I do not believe there is any one providing a better service.
