I cannot recommend A#1 Air after this experience, and am changing my service provider After having a set appt, company cancelled it on the day of. So, on the re-scheduled appt, we just received a "tune-up" inspection. Still have not had contact from company or tech explaining what could be done.

The invoice simply states: "Recommend new unit" How convenient. Just extremely disappointed
