I have to say, as much as I like there product I can't say the same for Fitech's phone support staff. These people are angry, every time I call I feel like I get an attitude from them. It is as if they forget who is paying there salary by end users who are buying there products. Looks like this company is having growing pains because there staff is overworked. It is a shame how the people on the front lines dealing with customers reflect on the company. I would try one of the larger companies who have learned the value of repeat customers and how much it takes to earn a long time repeat buyer, like Holley, MSD or FAST. Stay away from these guys.
