This company has no customer service standards. The house we stayed in at 72 Ocean Blvd (0036 A Shore Thing) was unacceptable. Completely filthy and had numerous safety hazards. Mold in the bathrooms/behind pictures, broken tiles, unlock-able doors, caked dust in the air filters, no working smoke detectors, cracked windows, broken electrical sockets, missing deck boards, and the list goes on. The company took days to respond to our complaints and then tried to place the blame on us as renters, stating 'we didn't follow the proper procedures for items to be fixed'. We ended up filing complaints with the Fire Marshall, planning committee of Southern Shores and the BBB. Only then did the company come out to the house to fix issues, on the day we were checking out. We will continue to spread the word through social media and go after the company for a refund.
