1) Mother has been seen a few times @ Grady. Brittle Diabetic. Mass on pancreas. MD and RN staff have been rude and physically and verbally abusive
2) Questionable billing practices. Unable to get a clear bill balance
3) Some rather disturbing content which happened in 2013.
