Pompous structure with worst services.
A curse to international travelers whose connecting flight is more than 4hrs after immigration.

The transfer desk simply rejects the through checked baggages and directs the customers to go to domestic terminal to check-in. That too in try your luck sort of way as they are unsure and just want to send the passenger somewhere else away front them.

Then at the domestic terminal the airline representative just tells the customers to come 3-4hrs before the flight departure. Even though after explaining that we have travelled 20-24hrs and it s a through check-in, we are left at their mercy to check the bags. Got pointed to the waiting area chairs and I need to mind my luggage where ever I go Toilet, restaurant, shopping, stretch my legs, and yoga(WOW! But with my luggage).
I was sent back saying if I check-in my bags now, there is high possibility of misplacing the luggage. What s the meaning of high-efficiency?

Is this for just one customer? Handful? Many? Why are so many passengers hanging with their luggage in the domestic terminal with through check baggage tags?

All this happens in a very polite manner. There is no doubt in the delivery. But it s just the way how things get ignored and taken for granted.

Now my flight is delayed by 2hrs. Which means I need to wait another 2hrs before I get graced by the awesome service of checking my bags.

The airlines know the flight plans they sell to customers. Then they should also plan for accommodating the customer in a way that their travel/transit happens without any hassle.

You might suggest to use transit hotels, but for how many customers and at what cost.
