You guys!!!! Chris on the maintenance staff is probably my favorite person...ever. He has been to my apartment quite a few times in the past few days to help with some issues we have been having. He is always so friendly, kind and professional. He even threw the toy for my dog who wouldn t leave him alone earlier today. My dog even loves Chris :)

He has great attention to detail and always communicates exactly what his next move will be if he doesn t have the parts to fix things right away. Chris is the type of guy that truly cares about helping people and fixing things and it shows. If I ever started my own business I would want someone like Chris on my team. You guys at Avalon are very lucky to have him and I feel lucky to know him as well.
