SmoothRed made my France trip seamless! I usually plan my own trips but decided to book a company that specialized in wine trips since that was the theme of my holiday. Everything they picked, from hotel to tour, was truly special. I wouldn't have known to book those places myself and they really made the difference on my trip. They are also very flexible, taking into account your own preferences for activities in certain cities, but they try to make every experience complete so that you don't have to worry about where to get food or transportation to and from places. This is definitely a great company if you want a trip designed exactly to your specification without having to go through all the trouble of figuring out the logistics yourself in a country you've never been to, may not speak the language, and in regions you don't have time to do the research for. I only had one very minor hiccup that was easily resolved (a taxi issue), and it wasn't SmoothRed's fault. But there's a reason why they're the experts and why you're paying them to get your holiday planned - they know what they're doing and they do it with absolute graciousness and the best customer service! I especially loved Marieke. Ask for her if possible!!
