As a site for a conference, the TradeWinds is excellent. The facilities were great for small group meetings and the Pavilion easily accommodated hubdresds of convention goers. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only mark on the event was our room window leaked substantially during a storm because the drains on it had been painted over by the contractors that renovated it. The housekeeping was also in a hurry to rush us out before check out on our last day. Showing up several hours before the checkout time.
