Bery bad quality of homes. Many issues with carrington properties. Horrible Customer Service. Tried to make a complaint about their new build next to our units and they block in all of the tenants with their vehicles and being a condo bylaw won t touch them. Called them to ask them not park behind me and that you guys keep blocking me in. The project manager said he will talk to them to not park behind our stalls anymore the next day they are there again. Called back and spoke to another guy said they are allowed to park there and hung up this has been an issue for a year or a year and a half. One of their contractors threatened to punch me. As he block the whole entrance and I had to leave for work and he said he can t did want to move because it wan inconvenient for him and I would have to wait and I said no and you are illegally entrapping me to this parking lot as you are taking up the whole enterance/ Exit and if he didn t move I will contact the police. Trust me you will get nothing but poor quality and headaches from this company.
