I was unilaterally and unilaterally removed from the Caller ID Service and the Single Pack after 2 months of being without a telephone and they were still charging me. they gave me the cancellation of the service because they could not keep it according to them because they are obsolete technology ... they are going to force us all to use a cell phone ... the death of fixed telephony is coming. The Telephone Customer Service is terrible.
