Got a notice for a meter appointment. Entered the code that I was given to schedule the appointment. Automated system didn't recognize the code. Told me that my wait time was over 30 minutes and to leave a number to get a call back. Never got a call back. Every time I call, the automated response says that the "wait time" is over 30 minutes. Who else gets the same BS response? PWD is the worst.
