I will give the view and ambience 5 stars for sure but everything else about this $300.00 experience was dismal. So disappointing from the beginning. Long wait at the bar that was not crowded at 4:20 in the afternoon yet took 10 min to come and offer us water and finally take out order. To the Edgewater restaurant not having the zinfandel wines on their list even in stock so the best the server could come up with was a blend wine seriously at 19.00 a glass for a crappy blend. Let' s move on to the fact that I ordered the top prime beef and it came as a hockey puck when I requested medium plus, pink no red. They actually butterflied it - who does that ? I would have been happy to have them correct it if they had even bothered to come and check on our food before 18 min had passed. And the cherry on the experience was going out to valet and the parking attendant actually asked if we could see our car...(there were only 3 of them in the front so ya pretty easy to spot) then proceeded to hand us our keys to go get our own car- SERIOUSLY. This experience from the whole property was nothing of first class service they like to claim. As much as the view and property are gorgeous, the lack of skills and service along with the lack of respect respect of your customer I would not spend another hard earned dollar there again.
