Reservation for 2 rooms, arrived at 15 but one roo...

Reservation for 2 rooms, arrived at 15 but one room was not ready. He said it was being checked, but because the connecting room was next door, we saw that it was still a mess being cleaned.

The floor of the room feels sticky like a mop that is not well mixed.

The bathroom has a water leak, it looks like the jet shower dr, is currently being repaired.

The room window has no filtration, only ordinary curtains. So it goes awry when I want to close it in a stuffy dark, how come it is opened from the outside.
