Chaumont could be a nice little town, but we expect a lot more than a prefecture!
Very few shopping centers; a monopoly seems to be the norm here. I have moved 9 times in my life and never have I seen people so little love their own city.
For the doctors it is necessary to make 100 km (Dijon is advised) in short, it is a pity to say, but city to avoid if one is not native of the corner.
