I was traveling on i80 west bound 01/11/2021afternoon!
One of their drivers of FCC changed lane without using the blinker, I thought!
But he kept changing lane and he directly went to a ditch, I believe he fell a asleep!
I stopped and asked if he was OK?
Poor old man could barely talk, he had wide eyes and his face was pale, scared and probably didn't have idea what just happened!
