We've stayed for a couple of years renting here in Oakleigh through Kristen at McGrath and can recommend her as a straightforward, honest and friendly person to deal with. When I was under great time pressure to find a place she helped us out promptly, not wasting our time. (We're only leaving because of necessity to return overseas otherwise we'd stay.)

I've read a lot of "nightmare" stories on social media from tenants about their landlords (it seems to be a big issue in Australia for some reason..) and I think if you want to avoid that entire mess just go with a larger agency, and in particular, with Kristen. Thanks, Kris!
