I ordered three items from Collections on 06/13/20...

I ordered three items from Collections on 06/13/2020, all of which at order time said they were in stock. However on 07/02/2020 when I received the package, it only contained 2 of the 3 items I ordered - even though the shipping notice said the package contained ALL THREE ITEMS. I called customer service and they said there was nothing they could do other than refund my money for the item I didn't receive since that item was now out of stock. I fully expected to be refunded my money and most businesses will give you a gift card for the inconvenience, however I had to ask for that to be done. It is concerning to me that your system allows ordering of items that you don't have in stock. You might want to investigate that.
