I am extremely upset with the way I've been treate...

I am extremely upset with the way I've been treated regarding my water service. I tried to talk to the town manager twice and have sent him 4 emails and still haven't received a response. When a utility company holds a monopoly on service apparently customer service is not a top priority. I even sent the mayor an email no response.
