Very bad service. I have more advantageous insurance with my spouse who is a soldier. For several years, I have been withdrawing insurance from ASEQ each fall session. Last fall, I forgot. It cost me $ 150 and I accept this error. For the winter session, the fees are now $ 294. There, I try to withdraw the insurance (on time) and I am told that it is impossible because I had to do it in the fall.

I am recommended to request an exceptional withdrawal, which I do. I am preparing a concrete file, making it clear that I accept my fall error (which cost me $ 150), but that I would find disproportionate to have to pay an additional $ 295 in the winter session.

Finally, my exceptional request is answered more than 2 months after its filing (the site indicates a maximum of 1 month) and I am informed by email that it is refused because I had to retire in the fall. But it is precisely for this reason that I made an exceptional request!

Really, we are full of pockets at ASEQ! And in addition, we get rid of student requests by suggesting that they make an exceptional request, knowing that it will be refused.
