more details...After signing my contract for a Nissan I was told that something was wrong on their end and not to make any payments until I heard from them..Our first payment came due, 2nd payment came due..and at this point I called the dealership and questioned them because the Finance Company had started calling and harassing me, again I was told to ignore them and to not make any payments...I asked repeatedly if I was to be held responsible for making up the back payments all at once, I was told by Patrick Barnes the finance manager and Noah Woods the General Manager that I would absolutely not be held responsible for the back payments...they said the loan had ot even been funded yet and that when that happened, my payment would be due 45 days later. I continued to get calls from the finance company, my account was reported as late to the credit agency and the dealership continued to tell me to not make payments...I never had a clear understanding about just what had happened that caused all of this....I thought the dealership knew what they were doing and I followed their instructions. In February 2015 I was told that it was time to make my first payment...and that the finance company would be in touch to explain what I needed to do...well they called and instructed me to make my payment of 2040.00 dollars...I replied, "No thats not what I've been told would happen" I was promised over and over that in fact this would NOT happen...I tried to call Noah woods, General Manager, eventually contacted him and all he said was, I'm sorry, I never thought you would have to pay it all...I responded that I expected him to honor his promises he made on several occasions and not to do this to me as I had no means to pay that much at one time...In the end he just hung up and walked away leaving me to find a way out of something THY had cause...I had to put that money on a Credit Card. I frustrated because they are not being held to their promises..their problem became my problem...I am the victim of their incompetence ...they messed up the contract some how and I'm the one paying for it Do not ever buy from Capital Nissan in Wilmington NC

What a horrible experience we had with this dealership, Noah Woods to be exact. He purposely lied to us repeatedly promising us things that he had no intention of keeping...in the end he just says "oh well, sorry I can't do that" and walks away leaving us to pay over 2000.00 and we were not prepared to pay this money, based on Noah Woods promises, so we had to put the money on a credit card.. he told us over and over that we would not have to pay that...but guess what? WE did have to pay it....Never trust this man or this dealership.....they will do or say anything to reel you in and then desert you....no ethics at all, When you promise your customer something you should take responsibility for it...they do not care at all about their customers...NEVER EVER will I buy from this dealership and neither should anyone else...I will sing it from the roof tops to anyone I can to please avoid this man and his lies...Buy from anyone else except Capital Nissan. I can't wait to sit in their waiting room and tell my story to anyone I meet in there... and on Social media and new Hanover hosp and everywhere else I can...you treated us so unfairly Noah... it was just so wrong what you did and you know it !!!
