I'm a current client of the Richmond location - and I have NEVER experienced BETTER customer service than I have here. This is a real review. From a real client. I live in Pearland - managed an asset off of Weslayan - and landed in their office one day. And I will not venture out to another establishment that performs some or a lot of the same services that others do. (And I've been to a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon's office ..and I have one or two horror stories.) The services they provide are comparable to so many others - but their knowledge and customer service is simply...."Treat others how you want to be treated...regardless of the situation" and there's a skill set that is unparalleled from others (trust me, I know). Forgive me if I spell names incorrectly - but Chad, Mallory, Jan & Justine (not in any specific order) are irreplaceable. They care. They are 100%. And, years later...they're consistent. Consistent. This is not a paid advertisement for services... But from someone in the multi-family industry who knows the value of a "real" review. I will always take the time to compliment vs. complain. Simply giving credit - where credit is due. - JM
