They microchipped my 10 year old dog into someone ...

They microchipped my 10 year old dog into someone else's name without questioning proof of ownership, then told me it couldn't be changed unless the person who's name they put on the microchip gave permission which she declined. They gave him shots and neutered him as well. Granted I know it's best to neuter dogs to prevent over population of dogs, but it's the principle. This is awful practice and reported to the Better Business Bureau.
In reply to your response below: we determined that the woman forged a handwritten note from me stating I relinquished him. The manager of your store stated she would reach out to the woman and follow up with me on Wednesday, it is now Friday and I still haven't received a callback. I have left messages on the voicemail at Downtown Animal Care Center and I'm still waiting for someone to respond.
This woman has claimed she has used your services to do this for many cats and dogs which is unsettling. There are people who never stop searching for their lost pets and the could be out their microchipped under another person's name because of forgery. I'm part of a huge networking group that help reunite lost dogs with their owner and this is a big deal.
The woman does not in any way represent H2M2, she does not work for them. H2M2 is is not a rescue it is a transport service.
