The payroll department is not competent at all. They have consistently messed up my husband's paycheck. No one in payroll EVER answers the phone. I've left several messages and still have not had anything resolved. I can't say the whole company is bad but as far as Human Resources, Payroll, and Benefits they need a new recruitment process.
